SiSi NI Sifuna – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sisi Ni Sifuna. By registering, purchasing merchandise, or participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Sisi Ni Sifuna

Sisi Ni Sifuna is a civic movement and community platform established to:

  • Recruit and unite members around shared civic values

  • Promote civic awareness and engagement

  • Provide branded merchandise to members and supporters

  • Organize community events, forums, and leadership initiatives

Sisi Ni Sifuna is NOT a political party.

We are not registered as a political party, and we do not operate as one under Kenyan law.

Membership does not constitute political party membership.

2. Membership

Membership is voluntary and open to individuals who agree with the movement’s mission.

By becoming a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Respect other members and the movement

Sisi Ni Sifuna reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership where necessary to protect the integrity of the movement.

3. Merchandise Sales

Sisi Ni Sifuna offers branded merchandise to supporters and members.

By purchasing merchandise, you agree that:

  • Merchandise is sold for identity, branding, and fundraising purposes

  • All purchases are voluntary

  • Payments made are non-refundable except in cases of defective or undelivered items

Merchandise ownership does not grant political office, authority, or special legal status.

4. No Political Party Affiliation

Sisi Ni Sifuna is strictly a civic movement.

We:

  • Do not nominate political candidates

  • Do not issue political party membership cards

  • Do not operate as a political party

  • Do not guarantee political positions or appointments

Participation in the movement does not constitute political party registration.

5. Payments and Contributions

Payments made to Sisi Ni Sifuna may include:

  • Membership contributions

  • Merchandise purchases

  • Event participation fees

  • Voluntary donations

All payments support operational, branding, and community activities of the movement.

Payments do not constitute investment and carry no financial return.

6. Intellectual Property

The name Sisi Ni Sifuna, logo, branding, and materials are protected intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use movement branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sisi Ni Sifuna shall not be liable for:

  • Personal decisions made by members

  • Misuse of merchandise

  • Third-party actions

  • Indirect or incidental damages

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Code of Conduct

Members agree not to:

  • Misrepresent the movement

  • Engage in illegal activities using the movement’s name

  • Use membership for fraud, impersonation, or deception

Violation may result in termination of membership.

9. Privacy

Member information will be used for:

  • Communication

  • Membership administration

  • Movement activities

We do not sell member data to third parties.

10. Amendments

Sisi Ni Sifuna reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Acceptance

By registering, purchasing merchandise, or participating, you confirm that:

  • You understand Sisi Ni Sifuna is a civic movement

  • You understand it is not a political party

  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions
